BetterQA is a software testing company based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. We started in 2018 and now have over 50 QA engineers working with clients across Europe and the US. The work is manual testing, test automation, and QA consulting, and most of it is long-term rather than one-off: a dedicated engineer or a small team embedded with a client's product, learning the domain properly instead of running a checklist against it. What is less usual is that we build our own tools. Our founder wrote BugBoard, which turns a rough bug report into a structured ticket with the reproduction steps already filled in, and we use our tools on client work before selling them to anyone.
