There are two kinds. (1) Direct requests: when a buyer clicks "Get a Quote" on your profile, that request goes straight to you on every plan, including Free — uncapped. (2) Pool matches: when a buyer fills out our open service-request form without picking an agency, we route the request through tier-staggered windows: Enterprise sees it for the first 24h, Premium joins at T+24h (so Premium sees pool matches 24h ahead of Free), Verified Free joins at T+48h. Premium is capped at up to 5 pool matches per month; Enterprise is uncapped. Caps are ceilings — actual volume depends on real demand in your category and location.
