Mode Plumbing Group

With a growing list of services and strong local presence, they approached Masters of Digital to completely redesign their existing website to better reflect their professionalism, expand their SEO footprint, and modernise their online presence. The client’s key goals included: Redesigning the entire website for a modern, user-friendly layout. Creating consistent service page structures with clear call-to-actions and improved readability. Developing SEO-optimised content for each service to increase visibility in local search results. Incorporating new visual elements, including iconography, galleries, and customer testimonial sections. Ensuring a mobile-responsive, fast-loading website that converts visitors into leads. Our team began with an in-depth website audit and strategy session to understand Mode Plumbing’s target markets, services, and brand tone. From there, we: Redesigned the entire website layout, establishing a cohesive visual style across all pages. Crafted a modern homepage highlighting key services, testimonials, and trust signals. Rebuilt all core service pages (including Stormwater Repairs, Sewerage Pipe Repairs, Colorbond Roofing, and Rainwater Tanks) with matching structure, tone, and content length. Developed a clean, conversion-driven UI featuring strong calls to action and quote request forms. Integrated icon-based feature sections (Rapid Response, Experienced Plumbers, Advanced Technology) for visual engagement and consistency. Enhanced SEO performance through keyword targeting, meta optimisation, and structured internal linking. Ensured responsive performance across all devices with fast load times and mobile-friendly design. Our developers built the new site on WordPress, using a flexible backend so Mode Plumbing’s team can easily update content, add new service pages, or adjust images as needed.

Community Housing Industry Association of Victoria

They needed a revamp to manage their site easily, plus a smart way to connect it to Litmos—their learning management system—and MagePeople Events for WooCommerce, which powered their housing seminars (both virtual and in-person). These events often tied into Litmos courses, but inconsistent data and a restrictive Litmos API made automation a challenge. CHIA Vic wanted a seamless system to enroll attendees, notify them, and keep everything running smoothly. We kicked things off with a planning session, sitting down with CHIA Vic’s team to dig into their world—how they educate the housing industry, what their events achieve, and the tech hurdles they faced. We took notes, asked questions, and got a clear picture of their needs. Next, we mapped out a solution. We rebuilt their WordPress site from scratch, stripping away the old, rigid code for a flexible setup they could actually use. Then we tackled the integrations. Initially, we tried WP Webhooks Pro to sync Litmos with event data, but inconsistent JSON from WooCommerce threw a wrench in it—attendees weren’t enrolling reliably. So, our developer pivoted to a custom API solution, using CURL-based calls (via WordPress’s HTTP tools) to talk to Litmos directly. This let us pull attendee details from event forms, enroll them in courses, modules, and sessions, and work around Litmos’ low API rate limits with careful throttling. We didn’t stop there. We built a custom admin tool for CHIA Vic to pick Litmos courses per event, pulling live data via API and storing it locally for speed. A tailored email system was added too, so attendees got instant event confirmations. To keep everything transparent, we created a “Ticket Log” dashboard—think order IDs, enrollment statuses, and API responses—all at their fingertips. The result? CHIA Vic’s team can now manage their site without pulling their hair out. Attendees flow into Litmos flawlessly, and the system’s reliability has made their events and courses a breeze to run.
