PandaCodeGen is a custom web development studio for businesses that have outgrown WordPress, Shopify, and other template platforms.

We work with owners and marketing teams running a site that matters to revenue, where plugin sprawl, slow load times, and vendor lock-in have started costing more than they save. Most arrive after a platform stopped being a tool and became a constraint.

Our work covers three areas: SEO-safe migrations off WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, WooCommerce, and GoHighLevel onto custom Next.js; custom ecommerce with real pricing logic and payment integration; and internal tools like CRMs, dashboards, and operations platforms.

Every migration starts with a full URL inventory, 301 redirects mapped before cutover, preserved metadata, and Search Console monitoring afterward. Rankings are what clients are most afraid of losing, so we treat them as the constraint the build has to satisfy.

We build with Next.js, React, and TypeScript, with Supabase for backend and auth, Sanity for content, and Vercel for hosting. No plugins, no page builders, no proprietary export locks. You own the code outright.

We also run our own ecommerce business on this stack, so the problems clients describe are ones we have had ourselves.
