Scope: network and firewall administration (SonicWall, FortiGate), site-to-site and remote-access VPN, VMware and Hyper-V virtualization, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, backup and disaster recovery, and monitoring across a multi-cloud estate on AWS, Oracle Cloud and Azure. Cloud cost work is part of the mandate, not a separate project: audits of committed spend versus pay-as-you-go, identification of double-billed capacity, and renewal timing.
