Their goals: Provide continuous, accurate vital sign tracking to improve care efficiency and reduce human error Give clinicians remote access to patients in hospitals and at home Offer predictive analytics to spot health risks early and support proactive medical decisions Keep the platform simple and intuitive for both patients and healthcare providers How It Works: Medical personnel get registered accounts linked to their clinic, and administrators create patient accounts and assign physical devices. A wearable device with LTE connectivity captures the patient's vital signs and syncs them to the patient's account. Authorized clinicians see health data in real time in the app, and patients see their own results. Alerts notify both patients and clinicians about critical readings, and thresholds can be customized per patient. Key Features: Wide Range of Metrics: Pulse, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation, temperature and blood pressure, plus device management with battery warnings and replacement Real-Time Data Transmission: The LTE wearable sends data to the mobile app instantly, for both healthcare professionals and patients Predictive Analytics: Built-in algorithms analyze vital sign trends and warn users about potential health risks Customizable Alerts and Settings: Doctors and patients control how results are delivered and set individual thresholds Privacy and Data Control: Full control over data and privacy settings Cross-Platform Automated Testing: iOS and Android consistency, real-world scenario coverage including data syncing, and performance validation under high user loads Outcome: A cross-platform mobile app and progressive web app that gave the client real-time, remote vital sign monitoring for hospital and home care. Automated testing reduced debugging time, improved app stability and supported compliance with healthcare standards. The project ran for 12 months (2023-2024). Tech Stack: Flutter (iOS and Android), Progressive Web App.
